All orders for metropolitan areas are posted with DHL from Bali, Indonesia. DHL is the courier company responsible for worldwide delivery. Packages are guaranteed to be delivered within 1 week of shipment and come with a waybill number that can be tracked HERE.
All orders for rural areas are posted with EMS International, and will be delivered by the local express shipping service in the destination country. These packages are usually delivered within 10 business days of the shipment, however customs processing and clearance can affect these times.
Please allow 5-7 business days for production.
Postage is calculated at checkout, depending on country & weight.
When purchasing multiple items from the website or the Etsy store, you will be required to pay full postage for the first item and then a nominal charge of $5 for each additional item.
Your tracking number is included in your shipping notification email. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail in case the shipping notification missed your inbox.

Please refer to the size guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit for you. If there is a problem with sizing, please contact me at email@example.com and we can arrange an exchange.
This will involve returning the unused item and having a replacement item of the same style and fabric sent to you in the appropriate size.
I hope to be accessible to all of my customers and if there are problems with the items you purchase, I will be available to work out a solution.
As items are made to order, we have stricter returns policies than a lot of other online retailers. We're more than happy to organise an exchange for an identical piece if the sizing doesn't work out. We can only offer refunds when there's proven fault with workmanship or materials.
We do not accept refunds and exchanges on items purchased on sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for postage costs incurred. PLEASE EMAIL firstname.lastname@example.org TO LODGE A RETURN REQUEST.
Please be aware that all items listed are unique and handmade, variations in leather / fabric colour are characteristic of the material. We require proof of faulty items in the form of photographs and a brief description.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Given the nature of my fabrics (chiffon, rayon, thin-weave cotton), there tends to be a small element of transparency in all my clothing. This is only really evident in the white and lighter-coloured fabrics.
To be on the safe side I usually recommend wearing nude/beige underwear with the lighter colours.
I recommend my clothes to be hand washed in cold water and air dried in the shade.
